how big can i print my image?
it depends on the pixels. at 150 ppi a 3000 px long side gives about 50 cm. drop your image in the check and you get the exact numbers.
what does ppi mean?
pixels per inch. how many pixels of your image land on each inch of paper. more ppi, finer detail up close.
my file says 72 ppi. is that bad?
no. 72 is just a label in the file. what counts is the number of pixels. set the ppi to match your print size before you send it, with resample off.
can i check a photo from my phone?
yes. iphone heic, android, any jpg, png or webp. phone photos often have plenty of pixels but a lot of noise and sharpening, which the check can't see, so look closely too.
can you fix an image that is too small?
often it can be upscaled, carefully done. try the free upscalers in tools first. if you're stuck, email me and i'll tell you honestly what's possible.
is my image uploaded anywhere?
no. the check and the tools run in your browser. your image never leaves your device.
